All vanilla products are made with grade A Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans and steeped for two years.
Vanilla Extracts
Pure Vanilla Vodka-Based Extract:
The most common vanilla combination used for baking. The pure vanilla bean flavor shines through. Available in 2 oz and 4 oz bottles.
Pure Bourbon-Based Vanilla Extract:
With hints of oak and smoke, bourbon creates a depth of flavor bringing out the sweetness in treats. It's in all of the DCB cookies. Available in 2 oz bottles.

Pure Rum-Based Vanilla Extract:
Sweet white rum pairs perfectly, enhancing desserts with supreme vanilla taste. It's in the DCB tarts. Available in 2 oz bottles.

Vanilla Paste
After steeping the beans, they then get broken down with water, sugar, alcohol, corn syrup, and xanthan gum to create the proper sweetness and texture. Vanilla paste can be used in recipes that call for vanilla extract, AND can be added to items that aren't baked, like coffee and tea. When you want to see little vanilla bean specks throughout, you want to use vanilla paste.
Vanilla Sugar
No part of the bean is wasted! After the extract is made and the bean is broken down and strained, the solid pieces are dehydrated and crushed into a fine powder. That powder is mixed in with granulated sugar at a pretty high ratio so that every spoonful tastes like vanilla. It's a perfect sweetener for coffee and tea, or if you want to go all in on the vanilla flavor in your next baking masterpiece.
